Most destruction jobs fall well below the competitive bidding thresholds for counties, cities, townships, and school districts, so a written quote and a purchase order are usually all your fiscal officer needs.   Yes. We are a certified service-disabled veteran-owned small business, eligible for SDVOSB set-asides and sole-source awards under FAR 19.14 and for VA Vets First contracting.

• Do you accept government purchase cards?

  Yes, credit and purchase cards, purchase orders, and invoicing. A single-site destruction job usually prices under the federal micro-purchase threshold ($15,000 as of October 2025), which means a card and no competition requirement.

• Are you on a GSA schedule or a state contract?

  Not yet. We sell open-market and through set-asides today, and we are open to a schedule, a State Term Schedule, or a cooperative contract for the right opportunity. If your agency needs a vehicle, tell us which one.

• Can you work inside a SCIF or SAPF?

  Under your security office's conditions, with the material in your custody and your cleared personnel supervising and witnessing throughout. The equipment is NSA-listed; SAP material is handled by your briefed personnel as DoDM 5205.07 requires. We do not hold an FCL and say so up front.

• Do you hold a facility clearance?

  Not yet. We intend to obtain an FCL and welcome a sponsoring contract. Our technicians are U.S. citizens with background checks, many with individual clearances through Guard or Reserve service; those clearances are theirs, not the company's.
