Five services

- The truck comes to your dock.
- Solid-state media cannot be degaussed and is unreliable to wipe.
- Magnetic hard drives and tape cartridges erased on the Data Security LM-1, a conveyor-fed permanent-magnet degausser on the NSA/CSS Evaluated Products List, at up to 1,300 items an hour.
- LTO, DLT, DDS, AIT, and legacy cartridges degaussed on an NSA-listed degausser and then shredded, on your site or by mail.
- From a single server closet to a colocation floor: we inventory by serial number, pull and destroy every drive on your site, recycle the chassis through R2-certified partners, and resell only the parts that never held data.
On-site media destruction
We bring the shredder to you. Hard disk drives, solid-state drives, M.2 and NVMe cards, LTO and other tape cartridges, optical media, phones, and tablets are destroyed at your location under your supervision. Solid-state media can be reduced to 2 mm particles to meet NSA/CSS 9-12.

Why we are not free
Free IT recycling stays free by reselling what you hand over, whole, online or overseas, and the wipe is the step it can least afford. Our fee pays technicians to take your hardware apart, inspect every component that could hold data, and destroy those components on your site with a certificate naming each one. Technical consultation
NIST 800-88 Rev. 2 asks organizations to run a real sanitization program, not just call a shredder. We have built data sanitization plans and policies for some of the largest technology companies in the world, and we will come to your location to help build yours. Policy, procedure, lifecycle planning, and compliance strategy for HIPAA, CJIS, CMMC, and GLBA.
We will also tell you honestly whether you should buy your own equipment. For some organizations, a degausser and a shredder in the basement is the right answer; for most, it is not, and the reasons are rarely the ones people expect. We walk through the real costs (the machines, the EPL listing your standard requires, maintenance, operator training, the two-person rule for SAP material, the disposal chain for what comes out, and the audit record you still have to keep) against your volume and your standard, so you can decide with numbers rather than a sales brochure. If buying makes sense, we say so and help you spec it.
